FAQ

Yes we are able to transfer your number across to our service with a number port request to your current provider, which can usually take 2-10 days for a simple port (CAT A) and 5-28 days for a complex port (CAT C).

The actual setup of your phone system including PBX and phones will usually only take between 1-3 days, the longest part of the setup is waiting for numbers to port if you already have an existing number/service.

Generally for most businesses it makes sense to switch to VoIP for cost savings, especially if you make alot of calls internationally and your existing landline plan does not support unlimited calls. Other features of VoIP include custom caller ID configuration, conference calling and voicemail.
